I experienced stiff back during last winter but this winter after the yoga classes I didn’t experience it anymore. Also, I could survive on 2 solid meals and my cravings for junk reduced significantly. The sessions taught by Spandana are very relaxing and I feel good about myself after the class. I like the fact that the classes are being held every day and the style of teaching (by module). Though it seemed slow in the beginning, it’s very effective and deep.
